Prerequisite:
Comfortable modifying to suit your needs, levelling up or down as you require.
Class content will focus on efficiency, endurance, strength, mobility, and line. Sequences include flow and transition work, tabletop drills for hip mobility, core conditioning (side body, back body, and hollow body), as well as standing legwork both at the barre and in the centre.
