Comfortable modifying to suit your needs, levelling up or down as you require.
A class that flows through split and backbend positions, encouraging movement through shapes—within your range—with comfort and ease. Sequences include flow and transition work, tabletop drills for hip mobility, core conditioning (side body, back body, and hollow body), and standing legwork both at the barre and in the centre.
