L 3 & Up | Standing Leg Snack is a focused motion vignette targeting strength, mobility, and control in standing leg positions. This session includes dynamic prep drills and standing legwork such as tilt kick preparation, attitude, and arabesque. A great go-to for refining alignment, stability, and graceful extension.
Mobility Snack contains 20 minutes of a well rounded, efficient, and modifiable mini movement break.
