Comfortable modifying to suit your needs, levelling up or down as you require.
Handstand Press Conditioning will focus primarily on mat-based exercises to build the foundational strength and control required for pressing into a handstand, with a brief section at the wall. Conditioning will include shoulder isolation work with progressive loading, bent-arm positions, seated straight-arm lifts in pike and tuck, and dragon flags.
