SYLLABUS

What does Commitment & Consistency look like for us in light of our short-term and long-term goals?

  • If life is busy, how can we maximize our time while maintaining the progress we’ve made?

  • If we’ve hit a plateau, is it perhaps a change in direction or more effort that’s needed?

  • If we're unable to attend livestreams, how do we use the on-demand content to support our self-practice?

Everyone’s situation will be different, but the main question remains: Are we committed to our long-term goals, and how do we adjust in the short term to stay on track?

Adapting for Efficiency

Time constraints are real, and you’re not alone in feeling them. To help you stay consistent even with limited time, this month’s livestream classes will be shorter—30 minutes or less—with a general focus. Strength-focused classes will be available on-demand instead of livestream:

  • Splits & Backbends

  • Leg Work (Barre)

  • Skills (Handstands & Inversions)

For those working on specialty skills, I’ll also be adding short tutorials on:

  • One-arm shoulderstand progressions

  • Reverse kip-ups

  • Floorwork transitions

How It Works

Progress isn’t linear. You might find that you can do shapes in Level 4 or even Level 6 while still working on elements in Level 3. That’s normal. You may think of yourself as a “Level 3” and have 80% of the shapes in that level solid, with a handful from the next levels already within reach.

That’s why the syllabus isn’t a rigid ladder—it’s a map. It helps identify where you are, where you’re strong, and where you might want to refine or focus next. You move through it not just by “unlocking” a shape but by understanding the quality of your movement along the way.
